When you're ready to cash in your winnings you'll find we have made the
process as simple and user-friendly as possible.
Please remember that you don't have to cash in your winnings at the end
of each session. You can leave your casino account with a positive
balance, which will automatically be saved in the system and made
available to you the next time you log in and play.
Cash-In Payment Options
You are able to cash in a positive balance in your Casino account and
receive your money via one of the following payment options:
Credit Card
Check
ACH Transfer
NETeller
FirePay
How to Select Your Preferred Payment Option
To ensure that your cash-in is paid out to you using your choice of
payment option, you need to set up your preferred payment option online.
While we will do our utmost to pay your cash-in using your preferred
payment option, we reserve the right to pay out your winnings using the
most viable option (in many cases this is a check).
Please Note: Cash-ins are usually paid out in the following manner:
The portion of the cash-in less than or equal to the original purchase
amount will always be refunded to the original purchase mechanism e.g.
credit card, FirePay, etc.
Thereafter, any additional balance owing to you will be paid out to the
payment option you have selected.
How to Cash In
Please ensure that you have selected your preferred payment option as
per the instructions above.
To request a cash-in:
Open the casino
Click the 'Connect' button
Click the 'Bank' button
Click the 'Cash-in' tab
Enter the amount you want to cash in and click on the 'Cash-In' button
Please Note: Each cash-in will remain on hold for 24 hours during the
week (weekend cash-ins will stay on hold for the whole weekend), allowing
you the opportunity to reverse a cash-in back into your casino account so
that you can continue playing.
Reverse a Cash-In
If you request a cash-in, but change your mind within the 24-hour
pending period, you can reverse the cash-in and continue playing with your
credits.
To reverse a cash-in:
Open the casino
Click the 'Connect' button
Click the 'Bank' button
Click the 'Reverse Cash-in' tab at the top of the screen
The screen will now display a list of all pending cash-ins
Click on the 'Reverse this cash-in' button next to the cash-in you wish
to reverse
Your casino account will automatically reflect the updated balance.
